We examine your company culture through interviews with the management team and with selected key people. This analysis provides an overview of the relevant culture issues, forming a basis for us to design the transformation process.<\/p>\n

We analyze the cultural challenges facing your team through one-on-one interviews, as well as systematic surveys and team feedback as required. Once we have got to know the perspectives of all the people involved, this knowledge forms the basis for planning and managing the team process.<\/p>\n

We use two well established values analysis tools to perform a comprehensive assessment of cultural values at the company, team and individual levels. This analysis illustrates your company\u2019s current situation, and explores the potential.
